FSU Maryland Charity Campaign Committee Frostburg State University has won two awards from the Maryland Charity Campaign – the Highest Increase in Monetary Contributions, for the highest increase in monetary contributions amount medium departments, and the Schaefer Cares Award, for most improved participation rate among medium departments. During its fall campaign, FSU collected $11,641 for the year, and its participation rate jumped to 16.3 percent. The University’s Physical Plant, Grounds and Housekeeping departments had the highest participation rate among all units on campus – more than 33 percent.
