"Etchings by Cindy" opens at 22 Broadway

 

Frostburg welcomed a new business Friday morning. "Etchings by Mindy," opened at 22 Broadway.

Jerilyn Jackson, Main Street Manager, said the store looks "amazing."

"You will certainly be able to find some excellent holiday and special-occasion gifts at this wonderful new store," she said.
