logo_new2.240x240Activities for Life (AFL) at Frostburg State University will offer an adult climbing class on Mondays, April 19 through May 10.  The class will be held from 6 to 8 PM in  the Cordts Physical Education Center, Room 170 at the indoor climbing wall.  This class is open to participants 16 years old and older.

The purpose of this course is to introduce adults to a positive new sport that has limitless potential for physical, mental, and emotional growth.  They will learn proper stretching, safety, and climbing techniques to help them excel at this growing sport.  Throughout the course, teamwork, communication, and responsibility will be emphasized.  All gear is provided.
